Sarantis Group was distinguished on the list of the Most Admired Companies 2021, which was compiled for the seventh consecutive year in Greece by the leading Fortune magazine in collaboration with the international audit, tax and consulting services company, KPMG. The Most Admired Companies 2021 award ceremony took place on July 22nd 2021, at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel.
Τhe Group’s distinction as one of the Most Admired Companies, and specifically in the 18th place, rewards the stability, resilience and consistency that the Group has demonstrated, as one of the leading companies within the corporate community in Greece. The Group’s robust course comes as a result of its successful strategic plan followed throughout the years, a plan leading to outstanding performance.
This is a particularly important distinction for the Group, since it reflects the Group’s continuous efforts for excellence throughout its operational journey and reaffirms its remarkable profitable growth, as a result of its ability to grow and prosper despite the adverse business environment. Sarantis Group has evolved into a multinational consumer products company with an expanding geographical footprint, having doubled its sales within the last decade, achieving steady profitability growth rates every year and a 10 year record EBITDA margin in 2020. The research highlights each year the "Most Admired Companies in Greece", while the evaluation of the companies is based on their corporate reputation, based on quantitative and qualitative criteria established by the American version of Fortune. The initial list consists of more than 350 profitable companies, whose annual turnover is over 50 million euros.
More than 1,700 top executives (CEO's, CFO's, COO's, General Managers, Marketing Managers, Commercial Directors, HR Directors) of more than 350 Greek companies contributed in the survey, were asked to answer KPMG’s questionnaire, rating the companies in their industry according to the 9 strict criteria set by the American Fortune (Innovation, Human Resource Management, Utilization of Resources and Corporate Assets, Corporate Social Responsibility, Management Team Quality, Financial Performance, Long Term Investment Value, Service Value or Investment Value , Extroversion / Competitive Advantages)
