Sarantis Group Financial Calendar 2018

Following the announcement of Sarantis Group 2018 Financial Calendar dated March 08 2018, the company informs of the amendment regarding the dates of the conference call, the Annual General Meeting and the Dividend payment. Therefore Sarantis Group 2018 Financial Calendar is now as follows:

• March 27th 2018:           2017 Annual Financial Results release and Conferencecall
• April 19th 2018:             Analysts annual briefing at the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association.
• April 27th 2018:             Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
• May 4th 2018:                Ex-dividend date
• May 7th 2018:                Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date
• May 11th 2018:              Dividend payment

The fiscal year 2017 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
