SARANTIS GROUP FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2017

GR. SARANTIS S.A. as part of its obligations, to inform the investor community, and in accordance with the paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1., of the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, announces its Financial Calendar for 2017:

March 21^st 2017:          2016 Annual Financial Results release.

March 22^nd 2017:         Conferencecall towards the institutional community regarding FY 16 financial results.

March 29^th 2017:          Analysts annual briefing at the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association.

May 3^rd 2017:                Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

May 9^th 2017:                Ex-dividend date

May 10^th 2017:              Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date

May 16^th 2017:              Dividend payment

The fiscal year 2016 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
